Eligibility Requirements

2.1 The website and services of Indi Rupee are available only to individuals who are legally competent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Minors, un-discharged insolvents, and other individuals deemed "incompetent to contract" are not eligible to use our services.

2.2 If a minor (below 18 years of age) accesses or uses the website, their account may be terminated, and access to services will be denied upon discovery.

2.3 By agreeing to these terms, users affirm that they are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

2.4 To access Indi Rupee's services, users must have an active savings or current account in India denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).

2.5 Users must possess a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department of India.

3.1 Users can access the website either as a registered user or as a guest. Guest users may not have access to all sections of the website, which are reserved for registered users.

3.2 Eligible users who wish to avail of our services must create an account by providing accurate and complete information as required by Indi Rupee.

4.1 To apply for a loan, users must log into their Indi Rupee account.

4.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Indi Rupee is not liable for any unauthorized access or misuse of accounts.

4.3 Users confirm that they have read and understood the loan agreement before proceeding with any loan application.

4.4 Any instance of hacking, misuse, or fraudulent activity must be reported to Indi Rupee immediately.

4.5 Indi Rupee reserves the right to refuse any transaction or action that:

LENDING PROCESS

5.1 Customers apply for loans through the website and receive an email outlining the required documents.

5.2 A tele caller will contact the applicant to verify details and explain interest rates and loan terms.

5.3 Upon acceptance of terms, the applicant submits documents via email.

5.4 A Credit Manager verifies the documents and assesses the loan eligibility based on fixed obligations and net salary.

5.5 If approved, a sanction letter is sent, and the applicant must confirm acceptance via email.

5.6 Home verification is conducted by a field executive, who assesses the applicant’s residence and documents.

5.7 If verification is successful, the customer completes the following steps:

5.8 Upon successful completion, the loan amount is disbursed within 15-20 minutes or may be early.

REPAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT

6.1 Loans are short-term with a repayment period of 30-35 days.

6.2 Timely repayment results in a No Objection Certificate (NOC) without penalties.

6.3 If a payment delay occurs due to salary or banking issues, an extension of 1-2 days may be granted upon verification.

6.4 If repayment is delayed after salary receipt, a 0.25% daily penalty is applied.

6.5 Loan settlement requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Upon final settlement, a Settlement NOC is issued.

6.6 Customers may request installment payments depending on their financial situation.

6.7 Cash repayments can be arranged through a field executive.

Fraud Alert

7.1 Users should be aware of fraudulent entities misrepresenting Indi Rupee.

7.2 Indi Rupee does not request prepayments for loan processing. Any such request should be reported immediately.

Indemnity

11.4 Under no circumstances shall Indi Rupee, its affiliates, officers, employees, or partners be liable to the User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if Indi Rupee has been advised of such possibilities.

Report Abuse and Take Down Policy

12.1 If any User or Indi Rupee identifies content on the website that violates privacy, misuses personal information, infringes intellectual property rights, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions, Indi Rupee reserves the right to remove such content immediately without prior notice.

14.3 Any activity harming the reputation of Indi Rupee or against its business interests may also result in account termination.

Feedback and Enhancements

15.1 Indi Rupee may use User feedback to improve its platform and services without any restrictions.

15.2 Any modifications made based on feedback remain the sole property of Indi Rupee, with no claim of ownership or compensation granted to the User.

15.3 Users confirm that any feedback provided does not contain confidential or proprietary data and that they shall not claim compensation for it.

Governing Law

16.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be interpreted according to the laws of India.

16.2 Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

Dispute Resolution

17.1 In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to reach an amicable resolution within 15 calendar days.

17.2 If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Indi Rupee. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings held in Delhi in the English language.

Jurisdictional Compliance

18.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Indi Rupee’s services and products are intended for use within India only.

18.2 Indi Rupee shall not be responsible for the use or availability of its services outside India.
